Pamela Norris Norwood, Chairman & CEO Pamela Norwood has over twenty-six years of executive level management experience in the public and private sector. Prior to assuming the position as CEO of ICE BUDDY SYSTEMS, INC., Ms. Norwood served for eighteen (18) years as the CEO of Norwood Security Consultants, Inc. an international training and consulting firm providing security and emergency preparedness services to Law Enforcement, Education, Business and Faith Groups. She brings an expansive background in public speaking and television appearances and has degrees in Education and Social Work Policy, Planning and Administration.

Lorraine Jones, Senior V.P. of Design and Production
Lorraine Jones has served as an Engineer/Instructor for a leading defense contractor in the United States. Ms. Jones parlayed her skills as an engineer and trainer in several Electronic Sensor Division projects including the Bio-Hazard Detection System currently deployed in over 110 U.S.P.S Production and Distribution/Bulk Mail Center facilities nationwide. Ms. Jones is one of only three certified Biohazard Instructors of this patented integration system. Her career has focused on providing first line defense program initiatives which enable clients to meet the diverse and changing needs of an increasingly biologically vulnerable workplace. Lorraine Jones has degrees in Electrical Engineering, Physics and a MDIV in Theology.
